Frequently Asked Questions

Q.   If I place my dog in the Board and Train Program will he/she forget me?

A.   Absolutely not! We have kept dogs for as long as 2 years, when a Marine was deployed to Iraq. As soon as Her Owner returned to pick her up The Dog instantly recognized him and it was as if no time had passed.

We also recently boarded two Toy dogs for 6 months while their owners waited for the mandatory Rabies titer quarantine to ship them to their new home in London. When they arrived the dogs went back to their old routine like nothing happened.

Q. I have a dog aggressive dog Can I take him to a group class so he can get used to being around other dogs?

A. It depends on if the dog is truly dog aggressive or is just a little pushy. If the dog is truly dog aggressive to the point of being dangerous then No. I would suggest private lessons first and then hopefully transitioning into a group class setting a a latter date when the dog is under more control.

The best bet is to talk to Bruce about your dog before enrolling to get the most out of the training program .
